Energy efficiency was a priority when developing the ZAE bevel helical range of gear units.
The modern design features smooth external surfaces which lends itself to applications where hygiene is important.

The modular design accepts servomotors and can alternatively be supplied with an input shaft option. The mounting surface of the product is entirely compatible with the ZAE range of worm reduction units enabling easy replacement on existing drives.

The high structural integrity of the gearbox housing is the result of in depth FEM calculations supported with rigorous bench testing. This ensures that the new range of ZAE bevel helical gear units meet the same high quality standards associated with the well proven worm gear product.
